Please note that your booked recording session is time-limited to the duration you've selected, ensuring a focused and efficient experience. For instance, if you've booked a two-hour session, the recording process will conclude within that timeframe. It's essential to come prepared and make the most of the allotted time to capture your best performance.
 
Additionally, please be aware that the tracking session is exclusively dedicated to recording your vocals. Our talented audio engineers will skillfully set up the equipment, fine-tune settings, and guide you through the recording process. However, it's important to clarify that no mixing or mastering will be performed during the tracking session. The engineer may provide a rough mix to give you a glimpse of the recorded material, but detailed mixing and mastering will be carried out in subsequent sessions. This approach ensures that each phase of the production process receives the attention it deserves, resulting in a high-quality final product that meets your expectations.
 
In the event of potential lateness, we require a two-hour advance notice before the booked time. Failure to provide notice within this timeframe means the engineer will not wait, and no refund will be issued for the lost time. We prioritize a smooth and efficient recording process, and your cooperation in adhering to the specified notice period is crucial.
 
Additionally, if you find the need to reschedule, please be aware that rescheduling more than once and subsequently requesting a refund will only result in a partial refund – specifically, 20% of your booking fee. If you book then decide you don't want to proceed or fail to respond to the emails within the same day about your session you will automatically be issued  30% of the paid fee back within 3-5 business days. No Exceptions
