3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer support team at PlugHouseMusic@outlook.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Complete the Return Request Form provided by our customer support team and include it with your returned item.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided with the RA number.
4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is defective or damaged. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

5. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 60 days of receiving the returned item and will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate the desired replacement item on your Return Request Form. Once we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item to you.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will replace it at no additional cost to you.

8. Non-Returnable Items
